Exercise Log

An old workout buddy suggested to me that I log all of my exercise. I asked him why, and he said because then you’ll know. After thinking about the idea, I agree with him. I’ll keep an exercise log here, too, so I can be honest about how much I exercise and how I do it.

45 min. Treadmill,  0 incline, 2.6 speed

1/10/09
30 min. Treadmill, 1.0 incline, 3.2 speed
30 min. Elliptical, “Weight loss” setting, intervals at 4.0 and 8.0
3 sets of 15 on four leg machines, 40 lbs each
2 hour Walk, 4 miles

1/11/09
15 min. Treadmill, 1.0 incline, 3.0 speed
30 min. Elliptical, “Weight loss” setting, intervals at 4.0 and 8.0
75 min. Walk, 4 miles

1/12/09
95 min. Walk, 4 miles

1/13/09
90 min. Walk, 4 miles

1/14/09
80 min. Walk, 4 miles

1/15/09
80 min. Walk WITH TWO 20 SECOND JOGGING SPURTS!!, 4 miles

1/17/09
30 min. Precor Adaptive Motion Trainer, Intervals at 4.0 and 7.0
30 min. Treadmill, Intervals between 3.5 and 6.0
100 min. Walk, 4 miles

1/18/09
60 min. Treadmill, Walk 2.6-3.2/Run 4.6 (4:1) Intervals

1/21/09
60 min. Treadmill, Walk 3.0/Run 4.2-5.0 Intervals

1/22/09
60 min. Walk, 2 miles (sore knees)

1/23/09
30 min. Walk, 1 mile (really sore knees)
