My name is Sarah. I love food. It’s really an addiction, but one I need and want to control. I’m 25, and have been overweight the majority of my life. I want to feel better physically and mentally, and losing weight will help me stay alive longer.

This is my blog. It’s really for me to track my progress and become accountable, every day. I haven’t told my friends or family about this blog, but one day I might. My goal is to be very honest and true to myself, because I know that’s a key in my weight loss journey.
